Ornamental Plants & E-commerce Division Director

Management level: Senior management — Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Duties and responsibilities:
• Leading the division's existing operations and achieving monthly sales targets
• Overseeing the division's four-phase roadmap and gradually expanding the approved product list

Key performance indicators (KPIs):
• Monthly revenue growth
• Profit margin on high-margin items (analogue pH and moisture meters)
